Well, flu season is here. The last two times I’ve worked at the Ronald McDonald House, I’ve been on flu patrol, a job that I take super seriously. Being on flu patrol involves disinfecting every single door knob, handrail, and handle in the House. Because parents are always coming and going to and from the hospital to see their children, they cannot be getting sick and spreading germs throughout the hospital or to each other. So, in other words, my job is important, and I probably saved someone from contracting the influenza virus. I’m basically a superhero.
